our family is finally getting big enough to have our own reunions. plus, we had to do one last get together before my bro leaves on his mission to ukraine!!! crazy to think my little bro is old enough to be a missionary. anyways, the event took place in our favorite vacationing spot: orlando flordia. it has everything: sea world, discovery cove (our favorite) disney world, universal studios, sun, heat, and an amazine resort. we had a blast. i'm super bummed it's over. it was great to see all my siblings, particularly my two nephews, andrew and isaac.
here we our at the start of our trip. chase and mark were bff the entire trip. believe it or not, we didn't pose mark for this photo, this is what he did by himself to be like uncle chase.
here we are at the condo. we had two condos so everyone could fit. it was a blast being so close to everyone.
on sunday after church we walked around the orlando temple
caleb was amazing during the trip. he slept through theme parks, ate from a bottle when i needed him too, and was a great night sleeper. here he is knocked out while i listen to his dad sing karaoke during the poolside karaoke night
while we were in florida, caleb celebrated his month birthday. as per our tradition, we all ate cupcakes to celebrate.
my sisters, melissa, hannah, me and sweet caleb.
grammy accidentally put desitin on caleb's face instead of sunscreen. poor kid. it took two baths to wash it off!
the guys playing what we now call, b-ball

besides hitting up our favorite places (sea world and discovery cove) we went to universal studios for a day to experience as all harry potter lovers should: diagon alley and hogwarts. it was amazing how authentic it was. the hogwarts ride was magical, really, and walking around eating chocolate frogs, testing out wands, and sipping butter beer made me feel like a witch for the day.

dave loved loved loved the butter beer. i think if he could marry a beverage this one would be it.

mark's favorite thing about diagon alley was the hogwarts express, of course. we love choo choo trains in our house and marked was thrilled there was a "big one" to see.

while at universal we went to dr. seuss land so mark could enjoy rides just for him. we got really strange looks from people because how often do you see 5 adults with only one 2 year old between them happily riding rides with names like "the merry-berry-darrily go-round"?
this was such an amazing vacation and i want to thank my parents for making it all possible!

It looks like you guys had so much fun! That first picture of Mark and Uncle Chase is too cute.
WHOA! HOW FUN!
I love the picture of Caleb with diaper ointment all over his face! I still can't stop laughing about that one. Wasn't it all over the rest of his body too!?! Ha ha Good thing he did not end up sunburned.
Sounds like such a fun trip and I'm so glad that Caleb was such a good baby for y'all. Here's hoping that the swaddle gives me such a good baby. :)
